Our Mindfulness Program uses a combination of traditional evidence based therapies, and stress reduction techniques to help our clients learn to focus on the here and now and live in the present moment.  Learning Mindfulness techniques can help our clients reduce and manage anxiety, regulate mood, manage difficult emotions, and increase feelings of peace.
